To enter, you must sign up for the Laguna Harbor Newsletter by visiting the website during the promotion period. Limit one per person.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these official rules and decisions of Laguna Harbor, 1703 Nelson Avenue, Port Bolivar, Texas, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
This promotions is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen 18 years of age or older at time of entry and have provided a valid email address for contact. Employees of Seagrass Beach, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed registrations are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 01/01/18, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period from all methods combined by Sponsor or its designee whose decisions are final and binding.
Potential prize winners will be notified initially via email using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
Five (5) Winners – Each winner will receive $50 holiday gift card. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions associated with their use. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
