WHAT
Laguna Harbor, an 80-acre development on the northwestern
tip of the Bolivar Peninsula that incorporates

Crown Team Texas is the developer of Laguna Harbor.

Harbor
Houses: 50 zero-lot-line homes
with two- to four-bedroom townhome-style floor
plans. Each Harbor House property includes a
floating concrete dock system providing an eight-foot
wharf and two dock fingers between 40 to 80
feet in length.
The Village: will offer luxury condominium living complete with boat dock.
DIRECTIONS
To visit Laguna Harbor, from Houston,
take I-45 south to Galveston. Take the first exit
( Water Street) after you cross the Causeway and
travel to the Water Street/Harborside Drive to
Texas 87 ( Ferry Road). Take the Bolivar Ferry
across to the Bolivar Peninsula. Travel on Texas
87 and turn left State Loop 108. Turn left on
23rd Street to Laguna Harbor. The sales office
will be on your right.
OR
Take I-10 east to Winnie. Take Texas 124 south
to the Bolivar Peninsula. Take Texas 87 west and
turn right on State Loop 108. Turn right on 23rd
Street to Laguna Harbor. The sales office will
be on your right.
To

take I-10 west to Winnie. Take Texas 124 south
to the Bolivar Peninsula. Take Highway 87 west
and turn right on State Loop 108. Turn right on
