ARCON Architects, a multi-faceted, commercial and residential architectural firm, was established in 1991 and has served as township architects for Laguna Harbor from its conception. Stan Cromartie, AIA and his staff worked with the owners to conceptualize the development, drawing inspiration from West Indies coastal designs that are not only functional, but also distinctive in character.

A clear goal of the developers of Laguna Harbor was to offer a variety of high-end properties that worked together as a compatible whole. ARCON assisted with land-planning services and established the Architectural Guidelines and Design Regulations to accomplish the goals. The firm also designed the Showcase Center and the unique Harbor Houses, structures that exemplify the style of the waterfront community. The firm, which excels in integrating interior and exterior spaces in its work, will also design homes for several of The Estate and The Cove properties.
